How Billdr handles your data. Short version: we don't sell it and you own it.
The short version: Billdr stores your job and customer data securely. We never sell your data, never share it without your action, and never use it for advertising. Your business information is yours.
Billdr is developed by Cameron Ivey-Drayton, based in regional NSW, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). Contact us at hello@billdr.com.au. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Billdr iOS application and website at billdr.com.au.
If you use the Stripe payment integration, Stripe processes payments directly. Billdr does not store your customers' card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy (stripe.com/au/privacy).
We use your information solely to provide the Billdr job management and invoicing service. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
Your job and customer data is stored securely on device (free tier) and in cloud storage (Pro tier). Cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or disclose your business data to any third party.
You are responsible for the customer data you enter into Billdr. Ensure you have appropriate consent from your customers to store their contact details and use them for invoicing purposes, consistent with Australian Privacy Act requirements.
You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting hello@billdr.com.au. Free tier data stored on device is removed when you delete the app. Pro tier cloud data is deleted on account closure.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always at billdr.com.au/privacy.html.
