How do I get started with Billdr?
Download Billdr from the App Store, create a free account, and you're good to go. The free plan lets you manage up to 3 active jobs — no credit card needed.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan gives you up to 3 active jobs, full quote and invoice creation, and professional PDF export. It's a great way to try Billdr before upgrading to Pro.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Tap the upgrade prompt inside the app. You'll get a 7-day free trial before any charge. Pro is $14.99/month or $119.99/year (saving you about 33%). All billing is handled securely through the App Store.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Does Billdr work offline?
Yes. You can create jobs, quotes, and invoices without an internet connection. Everything syncs to the cloud once you're back online.
Does Billdr handle GST?
Absolutely. Billdr is built for Australian tradies — it includes ABN fields, GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive pricing, and shows the GST breakdown clearly on all invoices and quotes.
How do I convert a quote to an invoice?
Open the job, tap the quote, and hit "Convert to Invoice." It takes one tap — everything carries across automatically. No retyping required.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All your jobs, quotes, and invoices are securely synced to the cloud with your Billdr account. If you get a new phone or reinstall the app, just log in and everything will be there.
