Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Billdr application or website at billdr.com.au. By accessing or using Billdr, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Billdr, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Billdr.
2. Description of Service
Billdr is a mobile application that helps tradespeople create and manage job cards, quotes, and invoices. Billdr is available for iOS devices via the Apple App Store.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Billdr. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at support@billdr.com.au.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Billdr offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store:
- Monthly plan: $14.99 AUD per month
- Annual plan: $119.99 AUD per year
- A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Billdr to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Create fraudulent invoices or quotes
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Billdr. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your job records, invoices, or client information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Billdr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billdr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Billdr if you breach these terms. You may stop using Billdr at any time. On termination, your right to use the app ceases, but these terms will continue to apply where relevant.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Billdr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
